  Product Features

  • Premium Aluminum Base: Manufactured from standard 6063-T5 high-precision virgin aluminum alloy. The wall thickness of the main load-bearing profiles is 1.8mm, ensuring high structural strength and excellent resistance to deformation.
  • Precision Aluminum Processing: Utilizes fully automatic CNC machining centers for precise cutting, milling, and drilling. The window frames adopt 45-degree corner-cleat injection and seamless full-welding technology, leaving a flawless surface and entirely eliminating the risks of water leakage and corner cracking.
  • Ultimate Thermal Insulation: Embedded with multi-channel PA66-GF25 (polyamide + glass fiber) thermal break strips, paired with a vertical isothermal line design and multi-cavity structure, it effectively blocks heat transfer and significantly reduces building energy consumption.
  • Automotive-Grade Sealing: Features a triple-seal design equipped with EPDM foam co-extruded weather strips. These provide outstanding weather resistance, high elasticity, and remarkable soundproofing and noise reduction.
  • Rigorous Surface Treatment: Available in various surface finishes including electrostatic powder coating, fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating, and porcelain anodizing. These treatments are highly corrosion-resistant and anti-fading, meeting the diverse color customization needs of architectural facades.

  Application Scenarios

  • High-End Residences & Villas: Meets the structural safety requirements of large-sized floor-to-ceiling windows, elevates overall interior design, and provides a tranquil home environment.
  • High-Rise & Ultra High-Rise Buildings: With outstanding wind load resistance and water tightness, it perfectly handles the challenges of strong winds and heavy rain faced by high-rise architecture.
  • Coastal & Typhoon-Prone Areas: The PVDF surface treatment combined with high-strength aluminum extrusions offers exceptional resistance to salt-spray corrosion and extreme weather.
  • Commercial & Public Buildings (Hotels, Hospitals, Schools): In high-frequency usage scenarios, the premium hardware system and precise aluminum machining guarantee a long service life and extremely low maintenance costs.

  FAQS

Q1: What is "Thermal Break" aluminum, and how does it differ from regular aluminum windows?
A: "Thermal break" refers to the insertion of a rigid, low-thermal-conductivity material (thermal strip) in the middle of the aluminum profile to connect the separated parts. Regular aluminum is a good conductor of heat and loses energy easily. Thermal break aluminum "breaks" the heat transfer bridge, making its thermal insulation and energy-saving performance far superior to standard aluminum windows.

Q2: Do you support non-standard customization for aluminum doors and windows?
A: Yes. We possess strong aluminum deep-processing capabilities and flexible production lines. Whether you need special window sizes, irregular shapes (e.g., arched or polygonal windows), or specific profile colors and glass configurations, we can provide 1:1 precise custom machining based on your drawings or on-site dimensions.

Q3: Will the surface paint peel off or fade easily over time?
A: No. We use imported AkzoNobel powder for electrostatic coating or PVDF (fluorocarbon) coating, cured at high temperatures. The coating has extremely strong adhesion, excellent weatherability, and UV resistance. Under normal use, it is guaranteed not to fade or peel for 15-20 years.

Q4: Does the window hardware require maintenance? What is its lifespan?
A: We use top-tier imported hardware brands designed for a lifespan of over 100,000 opening/closing cycles. We recommend simply clearing out dust from the sliding tracks every six months and applying a few drops of lubricating oil to the moving parts to maintain smooth operation.

Q5: What is the lead time from order placement to the completion of production?
A: Thanks to our highly efficient CNC machining assembly lines, the lead time for standard colors and configurations is typically 15-20 days. For custom colors or complex deep-machined irregular shapes, the lead time is approximately 25-30 days. Specific delivery times will be confirmed in the contract.
